1. Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes plans change. You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

Cancellation before shipping: If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, you can do so by contacting us at [admin@myrayflo.com] within [2 hours] of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
How to cancel: To cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number, request for cancellation, and the reason for cancellation (optional).

2. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within [7 days] of receiving your order. We will initiate the refund or exchange process based on your preference.

How to initiate a refund: Please email us at [admin@myrayflo.com] with your order number, photos of the damaged or defective product, and any other relevant information.
Once we receive your request and verify the issue, we will process your refund or arrange for a replacement product.
Refund processing: If refund is accepted , it will be credited to original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.

Wrong Item Delivered: If you receive the wrong item(s), please contact us within [7 days] of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost, or we will process a full refund based on your preference.
If return is accepted, it will be completed within 7-10 business days

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our herbal products, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or consumed. If the product is unopened and in its original condition, you may request a refund or exchange.
If replacement is accepted, it will be completed within 7-10 business days

3. Refund Process
After we have received your cancellation or refund request, we will verify the information and determine whether the request is eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. If the payment was made by credit/debit card, please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.
If you made a payment via cash on delivery (COD), we will initiate a bank transfer to your account, and you will be required to provide bank account details for the refund.
4. Return Shipping for Refunds
Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to a product defect, damage, or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you are returning the item for any other reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
Condition of Returns: To be eligible for a refund, products must be returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition with all packaging intact.
5. Exchanges

6. No Refunds for
We do not offer refunds under the following circumstances:

Products that have been opened, used, or consumed.
Orders that are shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Products that are marked as non-returnable or final sale.
